Wrestling for Combat, This class is focused on the transition between standing and ground work. Through JUDO, JIU JITSU, WRESTLING and common Self Defense, these disciplines will prepare you or your child with essential skills for sports, fitness and personal safety in prep for classical or competitive Style Combat, jiu jitsu, mma or wrestling.
